Providing your own annotations

Make sure that your annotated image contains only three pixel intensities:

  • 0
  • Puncta integer label
  • Background integer label

Instructions

  1. Load your annotated image into Napari.
  2. Right click on it.
  3. Select “Convert to labels” from the context menu.
  4. Your annotated image should appear in the Select annotated layer dropdown menu.
