Manual labeling

You can create your own labels using Napari or edit the ones from the automated labeling algorithms.

Instructions

  1. Click on the labels icon to create a new labels layer:
    napari_labels

  2. Rename it by double clicking your newly created layer in the layer list.

  3. Click on the paintbrush tool:
    napari_paintbrush

  4. Adjust label color with + and - buttons next to label.
  5. Use the slider next to brush size to change the paint brush size.
  6. Click and drag across the labels layer to annotate puncta.
  7. Use the eraser tool to remove any puncta labels:
    napari_eraser
